Kelley Blue Book Announces the Coolest and Most Affordable Cars for 2023

In recent years, the automotive industry has seen a significant surge in vehicle prices. However, for those who are budget-conscious yet still want a touch of style and performance, there’s good news.

Kelley Blue Book, a renowned vehicle valuation and information source, has unveiled its list of the 10 coolest new cars under $30,000 and the 10 coolest used cars under $20,000 for 2023.

Brian Moody, the executive editor of Kelley Blue Book, emphasized the diverse criteria that can define a car as ‘cool’. Whether consumers are looking for style, performance, advanced tech features, eco-friendliness, versatility, or towing capabilities, the market offers a plethora of options.

“Selecting just 10 cool cars is challenging in today’s times, given that the market easily offers double, if not more, of that number,” said Moody.

The list for cars under $30,000 predominantly features vehicles from the 2023 model year, while the under $20,000 category highlights lightly used and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles.
