- Enough breadcrumbs for breading
- Ripe tomato: 1
- Medium red onion
- Fresh cilantro bunch: 1
- Lemon: 1
- Jalapeno pepper: 1
- Salt
- Ground black pepper

1- To start we are going to cut the breasts in two lengthwise. Flatten them slightly and season with salt and pepper. We beat the egg, put the ground bread on a plate.
2- Pass each piece of chicken through the egg and through the breadcrumbs. We repeat these two steps again. Place the milanesas in a pan with hot oil. We leave about four to five minutes on both sides.
