- ½ cup sugar (3 oz)
- 1 cup milk (8 oz)
- 2 cups of flour (9 oz)
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon butter (large)
- 2 eggs
Start by beating the butter together with the sugar, the butter should be at room temperature. Then stop the egg whites and add the yolk to the mixture.
Pour the cup of milk and continue mixing until the ingredients are integrated, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt, add it to the mixture with a spatula and preheat the oven to 200 C.
