Former President Trump Pleads Not Guilty to 34 Felony Charges

Former President Donald Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsifying business records linked to the alleged payment to actress Stormy Daniels.

Unlike most defendants, Trump was booked in court and not at a police station, and sources told the New York Post that the former president was fingerprinted before entering the courtroom at 2:30 pm.

In the middle of the hearing, Trump was seen seriously looking at his face and raising his fist before leaving Trump Tower in Midtown.

“Heading to Lower Manhattan, the courthouse. He looks so surreal – wow. I am going to get ARRESTED. I cannot believe this is happening in the U.S. MAGA!” posted Trump’s platform, Truth Social, before the mogul turned himself into the authorities.

On the way to the courthouse, hundreds of people stood expectantly, some giving their backing to Trump, while others celebrated and backed the indictments with banners.

The charges against Donald Trump are expected to remain sealed until a new hearing; however, sources say that the former president faces more than 30 felony charges of falsifying business records, which could lead to four years in prison if convicted.

The controversial hearing followed the indictment led by prosecutor Alvin Bragg for allegedly bribing $130,000 with presidential campaign money to actress Stormy Daniels to buy her silence over an alleged affair in 2006, he is also accused of paying $150,000 to former Playboy model Karen McDougal.
