Man dies after falling from balcony at Disney World resort in Florida

A man was found dead at the Walt Disney Resort in Florida, next to the Magic Kingdom Theme Park, according to a police report.
The Orange County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as the Jeffrey Vanden Boom, who died from trauma due to an accidental fall from the hotel balcony.
“On July 26, 2023, at 5:33 a.m., deputies responded to the Contemporary Resort after receiving a call about a man found unconscious on the hotel grounds,” Orange County Sheriff’s Office reported in statements to Fox News.
According to the Sheriff’s information, 39-year-old Vanden Boom was a native of Greendale, Wisconsin, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
” I am pretty sure someone just died in our hotel … we got a call at 7:30 a.m., someone had a medical emergency, and we were not supposed to go out to the balconies, and then they had people who would redirect us.” A witness was also noted by Reddit.
“And then we went out and there was a tent set up right under a balcony and everything was covered up.”
This was not the first time that an accident occurred at Walt Disney; however, in 2022, an 83-year-old veteran died after riding.
Another man named Joseph A. Masters was riding with his wife on Sept. 25, 2022, when they decided to try the Tomorrowland PeopleMover at Magic Kingdom, when he passed out.
After the ride ended, security personnel took the man to the Celebration Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
